Breaking Serenity Biography

Breaking Serenity is an alternative metal band based in Southern California, known for their emotionally charged sound, immersive concept storytelling, and bold creative vision. Formed by core members Chris Anguiano, Niko Garcia, and Antonio Gonzales, the band blends haunting melodies, heavy breakdowns, and cinematic themes that deeply connect with listeners.

Their debut album, Letters From a Pandemic, is a concept-driven release that follows Serenity, a young girl coping with trauma by creating a vivid imaginary world called The Paracosm. Featuring 27 collaborations with standout artists including Myke Terry (Volumes, Fire From The Gods), Misstiq, and Alexia Rodriguez (Eyes Set to Kill), the album fuses metalcore, alt-rock, and progressive storytelling.

Their single “Believe” dropped June 28, 2025, rapidly adding to 27,000+ video views and supported by a TikTok following of over 26,000. Featured on 95.5 KLOS, 96.7 KCAL Rocks and the band continues to gain momentum across platforms.

Breaking Serenity isn’t just a band they’re building a movement. They produce their own mini-festivals, often performing alongside album collaborators, and consistently draw near capacity crowds, including recent headline shows at Whisky A Go Go (March 3) and House of Blues Anaheim (June 28).
